Job Overview:


As a Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling interior design products and services across commercial interiors, construction and residential interiors. You will be tasked with establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their interior spaces. This role requires a deep understanding of interior design trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with both clients and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the residential and commercial sectors.

Understand clients' interior design needs and preferences through effective communication and active listening.

Product Knowledge:


Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, products, and services.

Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients, offering solutions that align with their vision and requirements.

Sales Strategy:


Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior design market.

Consultative Selling:


Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their interior design needs and preferences.

Collaborate with clients to create customized design solutions, incorporating a range of products and services.

Quoting and Proposal Development:


Prepare accurate and detailed quotes based on client requirements.

Develop comprehensive proposals outlining the proposed interior design solutions, including products, services, and associated costs.

Collaboration:


Work closely with internal teams such as designers, project managers, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source the best products for clients.

Networking:


Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the client base and stay informed about market trends.

Customer Service:


Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after the sale is complete.

Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally
