Job Description:

UX9 Ventures is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in residential interiors, commercial interiors, retail interiors, and construction projects. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, a thorough understanding of 2D and 3D drawings, technical drawings, 3D rendering, and detail drawings.

Responsibilities:

1. Site Reece:

   • Conduct thorough site assessments to understand project requirements and constraints.
   • Collaborate with the design team to ensure alignment with the client's vision and project specifications.

2. Project Execution:

   • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
   • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met in accordance with the project schedule.
   • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including design teams, contractors, and suppliers, to facilitate smooth project execution.

3. Technical Expertise:

   • Utilize a sound understanding of 2D and 3D drawings, technical drawings, and 3D rendering to communicate design intent effectively.
   • Review and analyze technical drawings to identify potential issues and propose solutions.

4. Quality Assurance:

   • Implement quality control measures to ensure that all aspects of the project meet the company's high standards.
   • Conduct regular inspections and collaborate with the design and construction teams to address any quality concerns promptly.

5. Coordination:

   • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the labor force and the design team.
   • Ensure seamless coordination between various project elements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

6. Schedule Adherence:

   • Monitor project timelines and budgets closely, taking proactive measures to address any deviations.
   • Implement strategies to keep projects on schedule without compromising on quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in project management within the interior design and construction industry.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software and tools.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
